Designer wedges shoes that are affordable? Okay, they’re a little expensive, but if you love shoes you’ll see the value in spending over $100 for something that’s comfy and sexy all in one. Women’s wedge shoes by Calvin Klein are hot and fun and start around $100 or $120 if you shop at the discount shops online. There’s some really great styles in gladiator styles in silver and leather….really hot. If you love Juicy Couture, then you’ll be really happy to know that there are a few new pairs that are under $200, which is good for that mark. Michael Kors is still a bit pricey, but you can find a few pairs just over $200, and you can’t deny that they are ultra sexy and really comfy.

Affordable Designer Wedges?

Women’s wedge shoes that are classic and elegant and really cheap are the ones by Anne Klein, a few designs are just $70, and that’s the new ones, not last seasons styles. Diane von Furstenberg is great, but it’s hard to find anything under about $300…and I don’t call that cheap but it’s better than the Miu Miu designer wedges shoes that have just come out that cost about $650…so I guess it’s all relative. Donna Karan has some fabulous designs, but $700 is a bit much for me…instead I’d go with the newest Jimmy Choo that have some features in common but cost about half as much.

Wild and Fun Wedge Shoes

The best of all, after Victoria’s Secret, as far as sexy and affordable are the Nine West designer wedges shoes that are under $80. Charles Jourdan are good and affordable too, but they are a bit too future for some tastes…. And while we’re talking about really strange, there are the Naughty Monkey wedges that come in zebra stripes and wedge pumps that are ….well.. very unusual….but they are affordable at around $95.

I think that about does it for designers that are hot and somewhat reasonably priced…as well as a few that exist just for us ladies to dream about.

A wedding is a special day that many women spend most of their lives dreaming about. What dress are we going to wear, how big will the wedding cake be, and who’s going to be the lucky man?. Most women don’t think about comfortable shoes and by the end of the night are left with blisters on their feet or dancing barefoot and hoping they don’t trip over their dress. The wedding wedge is a great solution to the problem. Since they aren’t the traditional wedding heel they aren’t as easy to find. But there are resources to find the great looking and comfy shoes.

The best place to start is at a department store such as Macy’s, Nordstroms or Lord and Taylor. You can check out the looks of different shoes and try pairs on to see what fits the best. Even shopping around stores in the mall will help you find many different styles of shoes. Trying them on and walking around in them will help you figure out what style is the most comfortable for you. You could go for a traditional wedge, a sandal or a less traditional Espadrille.

If you already know your size and have an idea of the style of shoe you want the internet is a great place to look. Sites such as piperlime.com and zappos.com have several styles of shoes to choose from. Often for less then you would pay in the store. If you want both inexpensive and comfy you can look at a store such as DSW Shoe Warehouse for discounted shoes you can try on.
Don’t forget your local bridal boutique to look for wedding wedge shoes that you can try on with your dress. You don’t even need to look for “wedding” shoes. White summer shoes will work the same way.

This way you can dance the night away at your wedding with comfy shoes that look great.
