Keeping Junk in the Trunk with Spanx Underwear

There is good news for all those ladies with “junk in the trunk”.  According to a recent study, it’s healthy to store fat in the rear, thighs and hips as opposed to other parts of the body.  If you have fat in the middle, you’re more at risk for diabetes and heart disease as that’s likely to spread its toxic contents.  On the other hand, if your fat accumulates on the thighs and butt, it is more molecularly stable.  So while women who are pear shaped are all breathing a sigh of relief after that study comparing love handle fat to thunder thigh fat, it still doesn’t mean having excessive fat is good for you.  Having a little curve is good for femininity but it should not get out of control.  The report of this study does not give women who are pear shaped free reign to dig in at big buffet dinners.  If for nothing else, fat still jiggles and having cellulite is not attractive.

So how do you combat fat at the hips and butt?  Obviously, you can work out hard at squats and do the Stairclimber but there is an easier way to lessen the wobbly thighs.  You can go to the nearest department store and get what all the Hollywood starlets are wearing: a pair of Spanx underwear panties.  These pairs of panties have the look of bike shorts and do a superb job of holding the thighs tight while also giving a butt lift if you have a sagging rump.   Your butt will look fabulously firm but curvaceous in both pants and skirts.  It seems that every woman can have a J-Lo butt.

So, while bottom heavy girls are thankful that they are carrying their fat well, they should also be thankful that they have Spanx undergarments to keep their junk from overflowing their trunk.
