Juliana Flexifurnace Greenhouse Heater

Many gardeners use greenhouses to maximize the growth potential of their garden. Greenhouses protect plants by providing warmth and moisture. However, even greenhouses have their weaknesses. For example, when the winter brings frost at night, the temperature inside a greenhouse can reach below freezing which risks killing your plants. To keep the interior warm, you can use a greenhouse heater. Greenhouse heaters are made to warm a greenhouse interior to a temperature more suited for healthy plant growth. The Juliana Flexifurnace Greenhouse Heater has a thermostat which users can select a temperature with. The heater will automatically turn on and off as needed, keeping the interior at a temperature that you set. Temperature control can be selected from 50 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Juliana heater heat up instantly, providing 5200 BTUs of heat. It has both manual and automatic temperature control selected by a series of buttons on the side. The greenhouse heating system is composed of five ceramic honeycomb discs which provide instantaneous heat. To prevent overheating, the system has a limiter which will automatically shut the heater off if it gets too hot. Accidents with heaters are commonly due to the heater being accidentally tipped over, heating up a flammable object nearby and causing a fire. The Juliana heater has a tip-over switch which shuts off the unit if it falls over. Air is pulled through the heating element with a powerful fan. As air flows through the ceramic discs, it quickly becomes heated. Air is cycled quickly to heat up the greenhouse as fast as possible. The sensor maintains the correct temperature until the user turns the unit off.

The frame of the greenhouse heater is made from tough polycarbonate and aluminum that resists the wear & tear of outdoor use. The polycarbonate works to insulate the heating element from the outside world to prevent fires.
