LEGO play sets are something every child loves and most of us have had some experience of them while growing up. Some of the most popular sets include the numerous LEGO Batman sets. Batman has always been something of a superhero legend to children and adults everywhere, and combined with the brilliant basics of Lego, the team up is unbeatable.

LEGO Batman: The Batwing & The Joker’s Aerial Assault is a 553 piece LEGO set that incorporates the best of Batman. While the Joker’s character always has a somewhat malicious side, he is still humorous and loved by all.

In this particular set, Batman fights against the biological warfare the Joker has orchestrated to expel from the copter. Batman’s Batwing is portrayed realistically when put together so that the wings move up and down to simulate flying. Underneath the wings of the Batwing, lifelike missiles are ready to launch at Joker’s helicopter, of which the propellers spin to simulate movement.

When batman shoots the missiles and hits the copter in the right place (at Joker’s headlights) the Joker gets to fall to the ground and live to try and beat Batman another day. Batman saves the day yet again!

The Batman Batwing Lego model is 15 inches tall and Joker’s copter is nine inches tall when both are put together. In addition to the main character and pieces, henchmen and accessories are included, such as the usual Batman and Joker weapons.

This Batman play set is a good one, especially for those who are die-hard collectors. Since it consists of numerous pieces and moving parts, it could be difficult to put together without the help of an adult, although not entirely impossible. The set is made from durable and non-toxic plastic, as all Lego sets are, and is safe for children who are at least three years of age.

However, because of the “violent nature” of the battles between Batman and the Joker, parents may want to supervise smaller children while playing. Batman Batwing & Joker’s Aerial Assault costs approximately $250 and makes a great gift to those who love these sets and are ready to move on to bigger and better LEGO Batman projects.

Buying items from the popular online auction site is a great way to get quality toys and other items for your children at highly discounted prices than you find them in most stores. You can choose to buy either new items from specialist sellers or high street stores who have begun to sell their end of range items on eBay or second hand items which are often very cheap and sometimes barely used. From the moment kids are born, they want to express themselves. Unfortunately, as a baby, all they can do is cry. But as they grow up and develop, they begin to be able to express themselves in many ways. Because kids television programs and DVDs use song and dance heavily, kids begin to want to express themselves in the same exact way, through song and dance.

The problem is though, they aren’t always able to get the attention of their family, so they become obnoxious about it. If you give them an outlet to be able to express themselves through song and dance, that can help to limit the obnoxiousness and steer them towards developing musical talents.

One great way to do that is to get your child or children one of the awesome kids karaoke machines to are available. Back in the day, karaoke machines were pretty expensive and they weren’t child-proof, which causes some parents to nto want to spend the money on one, because their kid may not be adept at handling it properly and would lead to them breaking this expensive toy. Nowadays though, companies who make these kids karaoke machines know that kids will be using them, so they are made with brighter colors, and very few controls so that kids can operate them themselves. This allows them to “put on a concert” at any time, without necessarily having to have you monitor their usage of the karaoke machine.

Most of the systems will use any karaoke-type CD, but some of them, like the Hannah Montana karaoke machine even includes video, so that your child can see themselves performing on your TV at home! Although a machine with video isn’t really necessary for your child, it is a great addition to a karaoke machine, especially if your little girl wants to be just like Hannah Montana.

Tough Bakugan Toys

Have you ever heard of the word bakugan? Well bakugan is actually the Japanese name for some new cool toys where you battle monsters with other players. These monsters are known as the bakugan balls and you as the bakugan trainer is known as the bakugan battle brawler. Unlike Pokemon which is also another type of Japanese monster and toy, you do not really train your bakugan but you do get to use gate cards to increase their life levels or to use certain special moves or abilities.

If you are interested to know where to buy cheap toys including cheap bakugan toys, I sure have the site for you. I have already got two posts on bakugan toys on my cheap toys online blog. I simply love bakugan do you? That is why I have decided to write a short article on bakugan toys on this Review Storm site and the bakugan toys are seriously one of the cheap kids toys to watch in 2010.

How you start to play the bakugan toys is like this. It is relatively cheap and you can say that there are low start up costs involved. The only thing is that you have to find some friends with the same interest given that you have to look for some battle brawlers to battle. This should not be a problem given that there are many bakugan enthusiasts out there. To start your own army, you have to buy some Bakugan starter packs. You can then buy some bakugan booster packs to boost the number of bakugans you have. Of course you can buy separate bakugans, such as the latest Bakugan 7 in 1 Maxus Dragonoid which is actually 7 small bakugans that can combine into one giant bakugan just like those Transformers! Do not ask me how this Bakugan can be played but it sure looks tough!

Naruto Trading Cards

Naruto trading cards were introduced in Japan in 2003 in February. Must like the fun and exiting animated cartoon the cards became a huge hit. However the cards didn’t make their way to North America until April of 2006.

The trading card game is normally played between two players. The players play on a unique game mat made for the game and each player has 50 cards. The most important item used in playing the game is the Ninja Blade Coin which must be flip throughout the complete game. To win the game one player must earn battle reward during each battle. The player with ten battle rewards wins the game. However a player can also win if their opponent ends up using ever card in their deck of fifty first. There can only be one winner when playing with Naruto trading cards.

The cards are sold in starter sets of 50 which normally include the needed items, such as the game mat, turn counter and the Ninja Blade Coin. However a player can also get more cards that are not found in starter sets. These additional cards are found in booster packs. One out of every 6 booster packs has a super rare card that makes it very worth wild to buy booster packs to better your game. You can get the famous nine tail fox, or perhaps some of the secret jitsus of the famous ninja masters.

In Japan there are more than 17 series of Naruto trading card games which means a total of more than 417 unique cards. However in North America only 10 series have been released so far. The Naruto trading card game is fun and exciting but they can also be simple collectibles. Buy two sets and play with one and save the other for collecting.
